1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, or using PepeUp (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the App. The App is operated by PepeUp team ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to all users, including both free and premium subscribers.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to use the App. The App is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain features, you must authenticate via Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. IN-APP CURRENCY (POINTS ⭐ & PEPECOINS 🐸)
Points and PepeCoins are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for real currency except through the withdrawal system described separately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency system at any time without notice. All virtual currency balances are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Points are earned through gameplay, missions, and referrals
PepeCoins can be withdrawn subject to terms in Section 8
We may deduct virtual currency for violations of these terms
Virtual currency does not expire except as specified
5. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS
Premium subscriptions provide additional features as described in the App. Payment is processed via Telegram or direct contact with support. All sales are final. By purchasing a premium plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
We may modify premium features with reasonable notice
Auto-renewal terms (if applicable) will be disclosed at purchase
You are responsible for all charges associated with your account
⚠️ LIFETIME PREMIUM - NO REFUNDS POLICY
Lifetime Premium purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. By purchasing a Lifetime Premium plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Lifetime access is tied to the continued operation of the App
If the App is discontinued, sold, or ceases operations for any reason, you are NOT entitled to any refund, partial or full
Lifetime means the lifespan of the App, not your personal lifetime
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without liability
No refunds will be issued for unused portions, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction
You waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes for Lifetime purchases
By completing a Lifetime Premium purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy.
7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period. To cancel, contact @PepeUpSupport with your Telegram ID and subscription details.
8. WITHDRAWALS
PepeCoins may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by premium status (see premium page)
A 5% fee in Points applies to all withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days
We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals
Fraudulent withdrawal attempts will result in permanent account suspension
We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
Withdrawals may be delayed or denied due to security reviews
9. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Referring users may earn bonuses subject to these rules:
Bonuses are credited only when referred users meet specified criteria
Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts is prohibited
We may withhold bonuses for suspicious activity
Referral bonuses may be adjusted or removed at any time
Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all earnings
10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the App
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or earn bonuses
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the App
Using the App for any illegal purpose
Interfering with the proper functioning of the App
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all virtual currency and premium benefits without refund.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
12. DATA COLLECTION
We collect the following information from Telegram when you use the App:
Telegram User ID (unique identifier)
Username (if available)
First name and last name
Profile picture (if enabled)
Language preference
We also collect game-related data:
Game scores and reaction times
Play counts and timestamps
Referral information and history
Transaction and withdrawal records
Premium subscription status
13. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
To create and manage your account
To track game scores and maintain leaderboards
To process referral bonuses and withdrawals
To communicate important updates and support
To improve and optimize the App
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers necessary for App operation (e.g., hosting, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
14. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely on our servers with industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Telegram (authentication and messaging)
AdsGram (advertising and task completion)
Payment processors for withdrawal transactions
These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for their practices. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms.
16. ADVERTISING
The App displays advertisements from AdsGram. By using the App, you consent to viewing these ads. Advertisers may collect certain data as described in their privacy policies. We do not control the content of ads and are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party advertisements.
17. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. Premium features may change over time as the App evolves.
18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or through our Telegram channel. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any conduct or content of third parties on the App
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Loss of virtual currency or premium benefits
Any other matter relating to the App
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PepeUp team from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the App, or your violation of any rights of another.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be first attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PepeUp regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
